A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, The Open University, and The Institute of Leadership and Management, Guy served as an officer in the British Army, one of the world’s top military organisations, where he learned first-hand the principles of effective leadership under pressure. 

Transitioning into international sport, he became the first professional manager of the Scotland Rugby Team and later worked with the British & Irish Lions, one of the most celebrated teams in world sport. These roles were centred on creating the optimal environment for coaches and players to perform at their very best. 

Today, Guy brings this unique blend of experience to his work with clients globally — from 5-star hospitality hotels and corporates to national governing bodies and universities. He is a visiting lecturer at over 15 universities across the UK, sharing his expertise in leadership, culture, and performance with the next generation of leaders.
